NOTE: SUBMITTING EITHER OF THESE FORMS DOES **NOT** GUARANTEE YOU ARE BEING ROSTERED TO A PARTICULAR TEAM, NOR THAT YOU WILL BE A TEAM OFFICIAL ON ANY TEAM.  All applications are being reviewed.  We are asking for Expression of Interest ONLY.  Applications that do not submit VALID CRC, Respect in Sports for Activity Leaders and CATT will not be considered until certs are up to date.

PLACEMENT REVIEW POLICY

  • Placement appeal process now includes a $200 fee (plus credit card processing fee).

  • The athlete will be viewed in the group they have been assigned to and an independent evaluator will be hired to provide an assessment report.

  • Families must wait 24 hours from the time they receive their notice of final placement before submitting an appeal and must submit the appeal within 72 hours of receiving notice of their final placement. If the appeal & full payment is not received within this window, the appeal will not be considered and a refund (minus a $25 administrative fee) will be issued.

  • The association will have 10 days to respond to the appeal from the date of receiving the appeal in good order.

  •  VP of A, President and General Manager will review evaluation scores along with evaluator feedback to determine if an error in placement has been made.

The Athlete Placement Appeals Committee shall consist of the VP of ‘A’, General Manager and President.
