REGISTRATION INFO - PLEASE READ:

• The pre-registration form is NOT a confirmation of acceptance to the tournament you are completing the form for.

• If you have been accepted, you will receive an acceptance leter.  PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIVING ACCEPTANCE LETTER.

• The schedule will be provided upon receipt of:

  • Payment in full is REQUIRED UPON RECEIPT OF ACCEPTANCE LETTER.

  • Tournament Permission Number Certificate

  • Official HCR Roster (Teamsnap, Excel, etc rosters are NOT accepted)

    • MUST be a current HCR roster.  Print Date MUST be within 7 days of Upload Date.
    • MUST have jersey numbers
    • MUST have all carded affiliate players listed.

This is NOT a guarantee of placement in the tournament.

• RMMHA reserves the right to move teams up or down tiers in order to ensure fair and enjoyable competition.

When you have the following 5 items on hand, upload them via the link below (usually within 30 days of tournament start date):

1. OFFICIAL Hockey Canada (or Hockey USA) Registry Roster

2. Tournament Permission Certificate

3. Team Photo

4. Association Logo
