IMPORTANT NOTES:

RMMHA Bylaws identify in Part 2 Membership, who is eligible to be Ordinary, Contributing, or Life Members.  Furthermore, Part 4.11 identifies who is eligible to vote at the AGM.

One or two year Director positions are elected as “Directors at Large” and the Executive Group will decide which role each Director will fill.  As a DAL candidate, you are not running for any specific Board roles.  The Executive Group may alter, add, or remove a role if it is deemed necessary. “Current” is defined as what roles existed in the previous year’s Board.

Only named roles (ie. President, VP’s of Admin / C / A / H) are specifically elected into those roles.

As per the 2022 AGM, nominations for directors must be received NO LATER than 7 days prior to the AGM (by April 1, 2026 at 11:59pm).  When there is a candidate already previously nominated for a position at the AGM, no other nominations will be accepted from the floor. (Bylaws Section 18.4).
