Nick Davis - President

I’ve coached in the RMMHA for the past 11 years and hope to continue for years to come. I’ve also coached soccer, softball, baseball and ball hockey and am always looking for opportunities to develop my coaching abilities.

My wife Kellie and I moved to Maple Ridge in 2009 and we have a son (Kolby) and daughter (Hailey). I may not have played a super high level of hockey, but I grew up playing minor hockey from the age of 4 until I was 17. Nearly every one of my favourite memories growing up has to do with hockey, hockey teams and hockey friends. Today, although scattered around BC and Alberta, most of my closest friends are the friends I played hockey with from the time I was 4 years old.

This is what I hope for our athletes. We need to focus on player development, but I also think we need to focus on growing a love for the game and instilling life skills and character traits that will benefit each player for the rest of their life. As an association, we win if our athletes look forward to the next practice, game and season.

Brad

Brad Scott - VP Administration

I have been a volunteer in Ridge Meadows Minor Hockey going into my 13th year and have loved each of the different roles I have had the pleasure of serving in.
I have held positions as a Team Manager, Division Manager, a member of the RMMHA Discipline Committee, and most recently I was Vice President of C Hockey on the RMMHA Board.
I am very pleased to be back on the Board serving the membership in the role of Director and hope that my previous experience on the Board will be an asset for the new VP’s and President as they grow in their roles. I have lived in Maple Ridge for 20 years with my wife Angela and my daughter Julianna and son Matthew.
Outside of hockey, my career has been a cross section of Human Resource management, Labor Relations, and Operations Management and I currently work in the Transportation and Logistics field.
I look forward to bringing my business and people management experience to our Board. My desire is to work hard and do my part to make the RMMHA experience as positive as it can possibly be both on and off the ice for every athlete and family.

Peter Mandoli - VP 'A' Hockey

I have been a part of RMMHA coaching for the last 8 years and have met so many good people along the way.  My wife and I both grew up in Coquitlam & moved to Maple Ridge to raise our 2 kids.  I started minor hockey late at 9 years old and was drafted at 14 by the Spokane Chiefs (WHL).  I ended up playing 4 years of junior hockey in the KIJHL, BCHL and OPJHL before moving onto university.  I attended UBC where I was a student/athlete, academic all-Canadian & received a BSc in mathematics.  After graduation I pursued a career in Financial Planning.   I continue to play beer league today with friends that I met in minor hockey.

My husband and I moved to Maple Ridge in 2015 with our 2 boys Bradley and Jack who are very close in age. I have been involved with RMMHA for 5 years as a division manager. I am a hockey loving stay at home mom who enjoys volunteering with the hockey association. We have made some wonderful friendships that started because of our love for the game.

Angela Finch - Risk Manager

I'm a proud Mom of a Rustler! The reason I joined the board is to be involved in a Sport and with a community that I am passionate about. Hockey brings people together and builds relationships for kids and families both on and off the ice. These relationships are foundational for our youth and I'm excited to be part of their journey!
Off the ice, I believe in community engagement. I will leverage my board experience with other associations and through my job to help us grow our brand and community involvement. I'm an open book! I'm open to feedback and recommendations to help us do the best thing we can in our community and for our kids. I am really looking forward to working with our athletes and supporting parents both on and off the ice.
Headshot 2025

Caitlin Goodsell - Director of Volunteering

I am the mom to three kids - two hockey players and a figure skater, so the rink is our second home! My husband, kids, and I have lived in Maple Ridge for 6 years now, and have been with RMMHA for as many years, and have loved the sense of community that being with the association brings.

I been a division and team manager the past two years and am so excited to be joining the board and bringing my skill set for organization and process development to the association in a more meaningful way to help ensure our kids continue to enjoy their love of hockey, and the sense of community and belonging that team sports can bring to our athletes and families.

Beyond hockey I work as the Executive Director for a province wide non-profit that helps people with disabilities to create and manage self-directed support options. I also volunteer as Vice President and Secretary on the Maple Ridge Skating Club board, and as a director at large for the PLAN board - an organization that assists people with disabilities to create personal networks for planning and connecting.

Bindi Watts - Tournament Director

With a professional background in corporate real estate, I bring a strategic mindset and a passion for community engagement. Since moving to Maple Ridge in 2019, my family has been deeply involved with RMMHA, where both of my sons proudly play hockey. Over the years, I've had the privilege of giving back to the association in various volunteer roles, including team manager, treasurer, HCSP, and serving on multiple tournament committees.

These experiences have given me a strong appreciation for the dedication of our families and the resilience of our athletes. I'm excited about the opportunity to serve on the board, where I hope to advocate for the needs of our players and their families, and help foster a positive, inclusive environment where all young athletes can thrive—on and off the ice.

Derek Dudulec - Treasurer

I have been involved in both of my sons' minor hockey years coaching or assistant coaching since Hockey 1 (10 years).  My love for the game started when I first stepped on the ice at age 10 and has continued to this day.
Following my final season in minor hockey, I had to decide between playing for a men's league team or signing a professional contract to play hockey in Europe.  Seeing as I have no contacts overseas or have even received any interest in my hockey playing ability, a contract was never presented to me.  I am proud to say that I am now a Division 3 Golden Seals member at Coquitlam Planet Ice.  I signed up late for Divisions 1 and 2.  Register early.
In my professional career, I coach and manage people with respect, teamwork and communication; these are important in a successful and professional environment and they are the principles I bring to coaching.   I hope to bring these same attributes to the RMMHA Board and continue building on our strong foundation.
Thank you for this opportunity.

Sarah

Sarah Little - Equipment Director

It was my son, at the age of 7 that came home from school after a day of skating with his class & asked me why I never taught him how to skate. That was the beginning. After a few skating lessons with the city, we enrolled him in his first year of hockey.  I was that parent that dressed him and sent him out on the ice, not knowing that hockey socks needed tape or to be attached to velcro in order to stay up. The reality is I am learning about the game of hockey as my son progresses through the Rustlers program. Most of the 6 year olds out on the ice can skate better than I can.
While I grew up in Ontario, I finally settled down in Maple Ridge in 2009. Since being adopted into the Rustler family I have held positions as a HSCP, Team Manager, Division Manager & Equipment Director. I have really enjoyed my time contributing to RMMHA in the capacity I am able to help and hope to continue to do so in the future.
