GOALIE RUST OFF:

Our goaltending sessions are specifically designed to meet the individual needs of today's goaltender.  There is no one way approach to goaltending. Our programs focus on the athletes natural abilities based on the instruction of solid fundamentals & positional play.

RUST OFF CAMPS (U11-18):

Our Rust Off Camps are designed to knock the rust off of the skates and get players ready to compete for the upcoming Hockey season. These sessions will be high tempo skates loaded with skating and puck skill work. Our goal for this camp is to help players build their confidence while getting into early season shape.  

This program is perfect for players looking to develop their fundamental skills. We will focus on balance and agility, skating, puck control, shooting, passing all in a fun and learning environment.

BATTLE & COMPETE CAMPS

Battle and Compete Camps focus on the tough areas of the game. Players will be taught different ways to battle and will be put into game situation battle drills. These camps will work on small area games, puck protection, play along the boards, engagement and battle and compete skills. All drills will be high tempo and fast paced.

NEW TO HOCKEY

The sessions will introduce young hockey players to skating, edge work, balance, and puck skills. These classes are an introduction into hockey. Ideal for first timers and those looking to get back to basics.  

INTRO-U15 SKILLS CAMPS

This program is perfect for players looking to develop their fundamental skills. We will focus on balance and agility, skating, puck control, shooting, passing all in a fun and learning environment.

U11-U18 TRAINING CAMP PREP

The sessions will prepare each athlete for the RMMHA Training Camp (formerly 'A' Evaluations). The A1 Coaches will go what is required for training camp. They will run practices and each drill will help your athlete prepare for Training Camp 2023. A1 Coaches will incorporate edge work, puck skills, shooting, battle and compete throughout the week to prepare the athletes for the upcoming evaluations.  This camp is for those athletes who have registered for RMMHA Training Camp (formerly 'A' Evaluations).
