2020-21 Base Fee Refunds


Our Finance Committee has worked very hard to ensure a balanced budget in this crazy covid year. This balanced budget includes a partial refund for all families (yay!!). Each athlete will receive a portion of their base registration fee back ('A' Evaluations/'A' Player Fees NOT included).

These refunds will be sent out during the month of March to the credit card on file in Teamsnap, or a cheque to the address on record when the athlete registered.


Refunds are calculated by:

Gross Refund: Base Fee x 20%
Multiplied by Factor (only for 15C and 18C which only had 66% of a season and have received partial refunds already)
Minus Ref expenses (only applies if you had games with refs)
