RMMHA has hired Trevor Boudreau as our new Referee-In-Chief (RIC).  Trevor comes to Ridge Meadows with an array of experience including, 6 years as acting RIC with the Vancouver Minor Thunderbirds, over 18 years of running the Western Canadian Referee School, 2 years of officiating in the AHL, 11 years in the WHL as well as four years of officiating at the National Championship tournament with Hockey Canada.

RMMHA is making a concerted effort to enhance the referee program and Trevor, with his wealth of experience, is just the man to lead the task.  Some of you may have already witnessed Trevor and his team of senior officials in action, as they are often out during game play shadowing and mentoring our young officials. It’s no secret that the development and retention of officials is integral to maintaining the safety and quality of experience for our referees and athletes, and we are excited about the program that Trevor is implementing at RMMHA.
